Because we’re in real estate, we connect with many people who visit Saba and want to buy into the lifestyle: safe – friendly community – spellbinding nature – uncrowded. Some want to own land and build their Caribbean Island dream home – others purchase a ready-made home (some need work and others turn-key) – and a few want to open their own business, which is absolutely possible. Change is inspiring their lives.
We get calls and emails from around the world, from people who follow our monthly blog, asking what life is like on Saba. We have answers to all these questions, especially as expats who moved here from New York City many years ago.
Several people prefer to rent homes on Saba, and when they find the right place, they keep returning.
We love Saba and our work. We invested in a rental home, Harmony House (which is also for sale), entirely renovating it and offering it as an upscale rental property. People have responded well, and we are immensely grateful for their support as we promote Saba’s assets. Here is one recent generous endorsement we received:

In short, everything was perfectly handled. Harmony House itself is beautiful – spacious and tastefully appointed – a wonderful place to relax. The outdoor/pool area was our favorite place to spend time together when not out exploring the island! The views of the island, sea, and The Bottom are breathtakingly beautiful.
The property manager, Cece, was absolutely wonderful as well. She ensured we had everything we needed in place upon arrival and also assisted in facilitating transportation for us when the weather was a bit too intense for first-time Saba drivers (or if we had had one too many glasses of Saba spice during the day!) Cece’s attention to detail and kindness made our trip that much more special and we are truly grateful to have met her.
