Reservation Policy
- 3:00 PM | 10:00 AM
- Reservations will be confirmed via email after selected dates are set up
- Once the reservation has been confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total cost of the stay is due within ten (10) days
- Once payment is received the booking will be held. Bookings will not be held if payment is not received
(All payment transactions must be completed online)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made a minimum of seven (7) days prior to check-in
- All cancellations must be made via email
- Proper cancellations will be provided with a complete refund, minus a $50.00 booking fee
- Cancellations made less than seven (7) days, prior to check-in, will be charged 50% of the total stay cost
