NEW - Saba Island Properties - Albert & Michael

New things are happening, and we feel tremendous gratitude.
New properties have been Sold.
New homes are In Contract.
New listings of land are up For Sale.
New home development projects are in process.
New renters are booking Saba.
New connections with real estate companies and agents are secured.
New publicity lets people know a special place –  Saba – The Unspoiled Queen – exists.
The most essential news we share is about the people we work with who make our work all worthwhile and successful.
We could not do it without our property managers, housekeepers, electricians, gardeners, pool experts, grocery stores, restaurateurs, hoteliers, taxi drivers, painters, builders, hiking guides, diving experts, shop owners, artists, shipping agents, rental car services+++
One person we honor with unlimited gratitude is – Cece Pinette of Saba Island Services.
She is a standout – a star – a gift to Saba.
We call her a Linchpin, and that means – remarkable and indispensable.
“There used to be two teams in every workplace: management and labor.
Now there’s a third team: the linchpins. These people figure out what to do when there’s no rule book.
They delight and challenge their customers and peers.
They love their work, pour their best selves into it, and turn each day into a kind of art.”
Seth Godin – Entrepreneur and Marketing Genius
Quality Service and Gratitude are Cece’s oxygen.
She shows up and gets the job done. Nothing stops her. She doesn’t tolerate ‘good enough… or mediocre.’ Cece sets the bar high and then moves it even higher to challenge herself and delight her clients. She gives and gives and then gives more to the needs of a property and the deeper, more particular care to the wants of guests renting a home for a week or longer on Saba.
Cece makes sure people have all they need. Weeks before a guest arrives, she sends a detailed Welcome Letter to the clients, assisting them to know Saba and helping them to feel at home with the purchasing of groceries, securing a taxi, booking a rental car, and restaurant reservations+++
Her concierge service covers all the details, including going further than expected by even flying in Pilates experts for clients who will not miss a workout while visiting Saba.
Cece respects her teams – the people she counts on to show up and help her during work days and emergencies when a broken clothes dryer needs to be replaced immediately on a Saturday, not next week. She solves problems, gets results, and is usually hands-on doing the work herself.
Does she do it all? Absolutely, and with ease and joy and high creativity! It’s human to human – people to people. She deserves unlimited support and gratitude, and she has it from us.
We succeed as we do because of her commitment, knowledge, skills, and heart.
Thank you, Cece!

Why Saba?

After living and working in New York City for 40+ years I leaped right out of the rat race of corporate America; leaving behind the relentless stress and competition that was wasting me; to rediscover what really matters to me in life.

We went looking for a new home all over the world - the Azores, the Maldives, France, Italy, Spain, Morocco, Malta, the Caribbean and by pure luck, found Saba.

Saba gives me peace, joy, freedom and a community where I feel I belong. People are respected here; living free and open, in the heart of deep nature and incredible beauty. It's a remarkable change.

The work we do enables us to care about other people. Helping them find a new home with practical empathy for their needs and dreams. It's an emotional investment. To listen. To understand. It's work that matters to us. Work we're proud of.

Maybe you have similar yearnings for change. Wanting a better way to live.
A place where you feel at home, with yourself and with the world.

You might just be looking for a new spot to vacation. Unique. Unknown. Crowd-less. Safe. Friendly.... Hello Saba.

Or... you're already hooked on Saba and keep coming back year after year because you love it! Booking your favorite hotel and room or renting a Saba cottage or villa.

Or... Saba's lifestyle makes you dream of a bigger change. A more personal connection to this exclusive, wonder of an island. Something lasting. Just yours and investing in a home is fixed in your mind and heart.

Feel free to email me and let's find out exactly what you want and see - Is the Caribbean island of Saba right for you? Let's make those thoughts and wishes a reality and then... they won't be thoughts and wishes anymore.

I look forward to saying to you one day --'Welcome home!
Be it for a week or... a lifetime.
