“Susanna’s is a genuine ‘antique’ Saban Cottage with all the comforts of home… 150 years old built in the typical ‘Saban Style’ of architecture with ceilings and pitched roofs that resemble the upturned inside hull of a ship. Even with renovations it’s a trip back in time. The chimney and hearth are all original and concrete cisterns collect our precious rain water from above. You’ll awake with beautiful sunrises as they shimmer on the magical island of Saba. At Susanna’s you’ll kick back to a relaxed lifestyle and enjoy the real flavor of the Caribbean; dining al fresco on the front deck just watching the beautiful waters and islands of the Caribbean.”

♦ Three (3) night minimum stay $175.00 USD per night + 4% (4 percent) government tax + Cleaning fee

♦ Weekly rate = $1,100.00 USD + 4% (4 percent) government tax

–  $1,400 USD = Long Term Monthly Rental Rates
– $1,600 USD = Short Term Monthly Rental Rates ( 2 months or less)
Includes gas + internet access

♦ Other utilities and supplies are extra — electric, telephone, water
♦ You will receive one (1) full cylinder of propane gas for cooking and
♦ one (1) full cistern of water [2,500 gallons of water and replenished by rain should be ample for your stay]

♦ Cleaning services are not optional and paid for by the renters – additional weekly / monthly charge
♦ Laundry service is not included in price quotes
