Year-Round Rental Rates 2022 –> 2023

♦ $495 USD – per night – Three (3) night minimum stay

♦ $3,000 USD – per week – Seven (7) nights

♦ $4,000 USD  per week – Holidays –> to New Year’s – Seven (7) night minimum stay

*Rates include 5% local tax + $1 per person | per night for Saba nature fees*

– Daily maid service is available on request at $15.00 USD per hour / per housekeeper –

*If greater than 120 days prior to arrival date = full refund
*If between 90 and 120 days prior to arrival date refund is less 25% of the total rent
*If between 45 and 90 days prior to arrival date refund is less 50% of the total rent
*If less than 45 days prior to arrival date = no refund
